Our aim is to increase member’s aliveness, vitality and wellbeing. We do this through short, high intensity, heart rate monitored sessions using our revolutionary
and unique HIT Machines (seen here: www.hitzoneglobal.com). The machines adjust themselves to
the users strength and fitness, making them suitable for anyone, from complete beginners to the

💚 EXERCISE IS PRETTY GOOD FOR YOU!

🗞️ It’s no secret that regular exercise is great for the mind, body and soul!

🧬 And there’s plenty of science behind HIIT being the most efficient way to squeeze exercise into your week.

😃 Add that with making some new mates and all of a sudden, the tricky things on life are easier to manage.

🏋🏼‍♀️ There are plenty of low budget gyms, park runs, walking groups, bootcamps, Pilates studios and Personal Trainers to choose from:

💚 Personally, I love Hitsona. I love the ethos, the culture, the machines and the story behind it. But the best thing…the absolute dogs sausages is the people we attract. And if I’m really brutally honest…that’s because we turn people away.

I would rather lose a monthly direct debit than have you here if it’s not right. There’s no point me taking your money if I never see you!
