After a busy weekend supporting family and friends at a 24 hour trail race, ( which I should have been doing 😔) I'm ready to start online classes again 🎉

I will be teaching from home, while sitting and instructing you what to do next. My boot and crutches are with me for another 2 weeks at least, so this is the best option we have until I am fully mobile.

If you have not booked on already, just send me a message to book your place.

✨️ Injury update ✨️

Thank you so much to everyone who has sent me good wishes, over the past week 😊
My broken ankle is better than it was, but still nowhere near healed 😔 I have another xray later this week to see how it is healing. I will then email everyone who joins classes regularly to update you with my expected return date.
I hope you are all better than me, and look forward to seeing you all again as soon as possible 🙏🧘‍♂️🧘‍♀️

Park yoga in Calne starts tomorrow.. A free session at The Rec in Calne, just turn up with your mat, warm clothes and water at 9.30am.

Our 2026 season officially starts THIS SUNDAY at 9:30am

Think you aren't 'fit' or 'flexible' enough for Yoga? Park Yoga is for every body, every age, and every ability. No ego - just gentle movement under the open sky. In our sessions, resting is a power pose. If you feel you need to spend the whole hour lying on the grass listening to the birds, that is a perfect session!

📷 We love sharing the joy of our community, but your comfort comes first. We always ask for consent before photos. Not feeling camera ready? Just take a spot at the side or behind the lens - you are always welcome exactly as you are.
