Other metrics that are measured include bodyfat to muscle ratio, mental well being, confidence, life style, strength, core and much more.
Bodyweight testing as a whole is NOT a great indicator of your fitness or change of shape, but it will drop with muscle becoming leaner and more dense, sometimes this will even increase your bodyweight. Bodyfat decreasing means your shape will become tighter and your ability to move also becomes easier.
