A great start to our 4 days stay at Wales and the west show. We came away with a 2 nd place is this class. Hoping today will be kind to us. 🤞🏻

Super round, (Sundays 2nd class) we put our foot down and went for it, in it to win it! And that we did. 1st place.

Yesterday’s(friday) round, just the one pole but so pleased with the round.

Today we sent off to Weston Lawns, Amy all settled and ready for tomorrows jumping. The aim is to “ride like I stole it”! But most importantly to catch up with the best group of friends and enjoy the time with my best horse-Amy. 🥂
Changing it up a bit this weekend ( with my riding style) so let’s see what happens.. could be bad, could be good!

A few to catch up..

( I’ve been a bit rubbish reporting back)

Arena eventing - Amazing! Was a bit quick so came away with 5th! But felt amazing!

Parwood- 2nd showjumping, wasn’t bad, could have been smoother but can’t complain.

And then today….
Wasn’t our best round, I stupidly left her out last night, when I pulled the trailer into the yard, the girls all then ran around for 20 mins before I could catch anyone! Awesome!! Tired and sweaty before even leaving!
So she was a little tired I would say.
We had two poles all while jumping from the bottom of nearly every fence, which didn’t feel very nice! I retired before anything bad happened!

To have good days you have to have the bad! Or should I say not so great.

Now to restock before we go away next week!

Maybe time to squeeze in a lesson before Thursday to regain a bit of confidence in each other.. ?

New shoes day!
Rug off for Grace and a nice roll for the pregnant lady, Amy most definitely wasn’t ready to be naked yet but did have a roll and kick some mud up!
Then shopping with Frank for the essentials.. Dog meat, Dog biscuits, dog treats and bonios, oh and some horse food.
