‼️Great news‼️ The ladies only beginners kickboxing class will now keep its regular spot of every Tuesday evening 7-8pm.
If you are someone who has previously done one of our courses or are completely new to this exciting and fun form of exercise you are welcome to book one of our limited spaces.

I am very pleased to say we had an amazing wedding and honeymoon and we are now back open as normal with all classes running in preparation for the winter gradings.
