Derek's gym is in it's 45th year in Chepstow, the Gym is an old school body building and fitness gym run by Derek Pratt, now in his 70's Derek still trains regular through the week is on hand to give advice on training and diet plans for both body building and fitness.
1 years membership is just £15 a year and then £3.00 a session or £4.00 for non members, you can pay £50.00 for 3 months of sessio

ns and train as many times you want or pay £85 for 6 months. There is a large stock of proteins and supplements at very competitive prices. If you need any more information please ring the gym on Tel 01291 624222.......

Just a quick update on Derek, he's doing much better than he was, the doctors are still doing some tests, but hopefully he will be home sometime next week.

I will be opening the gym at the usual times again sunday and next week.

Hi everyone, just to let you know, the gym will be back open from Monday 10th August, for a trial period to see how it works out, hand sanitizer will be stationed around the gym for your use, please can you make sure you wipe the equipment after you've use it and please bring your own towel...
