Excited to share updated teaching times at the studio...

Our friend, G*e Dann of Solidarity Mindful Movement & Meditation, is teaching every Wednesday between 4 and 8pm.

Matthew continues to teach Tuesday and Friday between 7:30am and 1pm, as well as Thursday between 2pm and 7:30pm.

Men doing Pilates...

MEN'S PILATES CLASSES

Did you know it’s Men’s Health Week this week?

Here at the studio, we wanted to do our bit to empower men to take health into their own hands.

Therefore, today we are launching our very first Men’s Pilates Intro Course, taught by Matthew: a 4 week mat Pilates course exploring this amazing mind and body conditioning method.

With only 1 in 5 Pilates participants being male, this course aims to challenge the belief that Pilates is not for men. The original method is athletic, strong, and well suited to the male body. So, Pilates really is for men.

With a maximum of 5 participants in each session, this 4 week mat course will develop flexibility, stamina and core strength - each required to execute Joseph Pilates’ original repertoire.

FREE PILATES CLASSES

We are thrilled to announce the launch of a limited number of free individual taster classes in May.

We know that how we teach Pilates is different to what people are used to, which is why we are providing tasters for people to find out more.

Each session will last 25 minutes, giving chance to talk about your needs and goals, as well as time to explore our specialised spring-based Pilates equipment.

For some Easter is about new life, so why not see how Pilates could renew and support your body and mind this Easter?

Also here at the studio, we are celebrating the installation of this new piece of apparatus, the Pilates Wall Tower - bringing even more possibilities for meeting your needs. Why not come and try it out?

Plus we'll be sure to post some video footage of the Tower in action soon.
