Zumba is a Latin Inspired Dance Fitness Programme to International Music. I am a Zumba Instructor licensed to teach Zumba Basic & Zumba Gold.

Although I have a passion for Music and Dance, I am not a professional Dancer, neither do I claim to be. Zumba classes create a party-like atmosphere, so although you are burning hundreds of calories, you will not feel as though you are actually working out! Zumba has many benefits for your physical and psychological well being, plus it is great for meeting new friends! Zumba works for everybody a

nd every body! My classes are low-impact and easy to follow. Whether you are an active older adult, new to fitness or returning to fitness, come along and try it out! In my classes, regardless of ability, there is no place for complicated steps or an intimidating atmosphere. So, as long as you are smiling and moving, you will fit in just fine! 🩷 IT’S TOMORROW! 🩷

After weeks of planning, we’re finally here — ZUMBATHON DAY! 💃🎶

A huge thank you to everyone who has already booked, donated and supported us. We really can’t wait to see you tomorrow and have an amazing afternoon together! 😅

💃Zumba starts at 2pm🕺🏽
🚪Doors open from 1:30pm — please arrive anytime from then and Paul will be on the door to welcome you and get you registered

🪣If you’ve already made your donation, your name will be checked off on our registration list. If you haven’t yet donated, donations can be made on the door tomorrow

🎉And there’s plenty more to enjoy:

🍺 Bar serving refreshments ☕️
🎤 Live music from singer & guitarist Adam Cross
🍕 Italian food van serving food to purchase Little Sicily by Papà Fab
🎟️ Fantastic raffle with some amazing prizes!

And of course, while the main event is the Zumba, you don’t have to take part to support us — all donations are hugely appreciated, whether you’re able to attend or not. ❤️

Most importantly, tomorrow is being held in loving memory of our Nicola 🩷 and in support of a cause that was very close to her heart, Cheltenham Animal Shelter 🐾.

I honestly can’t believe we’re just ONE WEEK away from the Zumbathon! 💃🎶

A HUGE thank you to everyone who has already booked their spot, made a donation and donated some amazing prizes for our raffle. Your support means more than you know. ❤️🙏

As we get closer, I’d love to reach out to anyone who would like to show their support and contribute to our day.

There are lots of ways to get involved:

Most importantly, this is all being done in memory of my beautiful sister-in-law, Nicola and for a very special cause. 🩷 🐾
