It's more than just a stretch!

As an experienced EYFS primary school leader I know that when we practice yoga we are ticking off some big milestones in the EYFS Physical Development area too.

All of my sessions are planned to meet the requirements of the EYFS curriculum.

Come and join us each week for fun, early learning yoga sessions.

Try this family - fun walk game: next time you are out and about try tree pose whenever you pass a tree 🌳 .This moment of focus also allows children to stop and appreciate the world around us too.
