Training at MunHwa Dojang, Daejeon, Korea 🇰🇷

An important opportunity to train under European Headmaster Han Sang Hyun, further developing technical understanding, application, and standard within Haidong Gumdo.

A great deal learned to bring back and continue developing within the UKHGA & IHGA.

Happy New Year from the United Kingdom Haidong Gumdo Association 🎍

We would like to wish all UKHGA members, instructors, students, supporters, and friends a New Year filled with good health, focus, and continued progress — both in and out of the dojang.

As we step into the year ahead, we look forward to welcoming everyone back to training and continuing to develop Haidong Gumdo across the UK with strong standards, unity, and shared purpose.

The coming year will include:
• Dan tests and colour belt gradings
• Ongoing instructor development
• National events and seminars
• The UKHGA Championships
