💙 2026 Season Complete 💛

As we bring another Rugby 7s season to a close, we’re reflecting on what has been a year to be proud of.

Yes, we had some great moments on the pitch:
🥈 Runners-up at Summer Social 7s
🏆 Champions at North Dorset 7s
😅 A tough day at Cheltenham that didn’t quite go to plan—but that’s rugby.

We’ve continued to grow as a team. We’ve welcomed some fantastic new players this season.

But above all else, this team has always been about more than just rugby.

We’re incredibly proud to have raised an amazing £7,090 for Alzheimer's Society. Knowing that our love for the game has helped support people living with dementia and their families is our greatest achievement, and it’s something every single player, sponsor and supporter should be proud of.
A massive thank you to everyone who has donated, sponsored us, shared our posts, and supported us throughout the season. We couldn’t do it without you!💪🏼🫶🏼

We’ll be back next season, aiming to compete for more silverware, welcome even more players into The Try Babies family, and most importantly, raise even more money for the Alzheimer’s Society.💙

Last tourney of 2026 done. It wasn’t our day at Cheltenham unfortunately failing to get out the group stages on this occasion, but plenty of positives to take from the year as a whole! 🩵💛🙌🏼

This Saturday sees us head to for our final tournament of the season 🔥

It’s been another brilliant summer of rugby, fundraising and making memories, and we’re looking forward to finishing the campaign with one last big performance. 👶🏻🙏🏼

As always, we’re playing for a cause that’s much bigger than rugby. Throughout the season we’ve been raising money for the Alzheimer's Society , supporting the incredible work they do for people living with dementia and their families.🩵

Great day yesterday with the team! 👶🏻💙

We went unbeaten in the pool stage, and finished top of our group. Heading through to the cup semi finals, where we fought back from a 12-0 deficit to come back and win 27-12 against True Grit 7s, before eventually losing in the final of the cup to Surrey Exiles. Close, but no cigar🥈big shoutout to all the lads who played their debut tourney with us and all having made great impacts 💪🏼🙌🏼

Another 7s season approaching us! 🙌🏼 Here’s the places we’ll be playing this summer, on a slightly scaled back 3 tournament season!

Starting next weekend in Richmond ☀️ before heading to in June and finally in August.

Here’s to making more memories on and off the pitch 👶🏻💙🏉🙌🏼🍻🕺🏼 and raising more funds on our page (link in bio) as we push closer to £7,000 total page target 🙏🏼

📣Players player of the year ⭐💪🏼

This is awarded to 👏🏻 he played all of our UK tournaments this year and shone throughout.

His try scoring tally is almost laughable 🔥🏃🏽‍♂️💨 but he brings so much more to the team than just scoring tries. Shucks is hungry in defence, a real work horse, a creator as well as a finisher.

Well deserved Shucky, we’ll see you back out there next summer 🤝🏼

Is awarded to: Bradley Field (affectionately known as Barney Gumble)

📸 Self-appointed “official photographer” (and drama queen)
🥗➡️🍔 Started .coaching 8 week coaching plan stating he’d be …you know the rest 😅
