The Studio’s New Home🔆

It’s official, The Brewery Quarter is now our new home for the next 5 years🤩

I can’t thank you enough for sticking with us over the last year… so much change and uncertainty but your support and unwavering belief in what I’ve created has kept me going and I’ll be forever grateful🤍

There is so much opportunity to expand our current offering and I can’t wait to get you moving in there💪🏽💃🏽

Tomorrow, Saturday 31st January, marks the end of an era for Cavendish House as it closes for good but I have 3 more classes to teach in this iconic building before it does!

Can’t wait to open our doors to you on Saturday 7th February.. Keep an eye out for February’s schedule being released this weekend👀

Whatever your plans are for this festive period, whether you’re in amongst the family chaos already, elbows deep in food prep or enjoying a quiet moment, I hope you get to enjoy the magic of Christmas this year✨

Thank you for all of your kind messages and email replies to our news on Monday, they truly mean a lot. Unfortunately, we’ll now be closed until further notice💔 We will do our best to get the temporary space within Cavendish House, on the ground floor, ready as fast as we can whilst ensuring we still have quality time with our families too.

All info regarding memberships/packs & January schedule has been sent out in our email. But if you have any questions we’ll get back to you from Monday 29th, so we can truly enjoy this special time with our daughter & families🎅🏼

Your support, understanding and overall kindness throughout this whole year, but especially during these tough periods, has been overwhelming and we are so grateful to you🧡

When my vision for is slowly starting to come together & these trips to The Range, B&Q and all the garden centres make me so happy😬

Lola-Mae not fully committed to the cause yet and is keeping a close eye on the budget🤑 but she is very much the reason we’re taking this leap into starting our own business!

We’ve no official opening date just yet for The Studio Cheltenham but keep your eyes peeled for more info coming soon👀

It's live... The Studio Cheltenham now has a web page for you to sign up and get all the latest updates and exclusive offers!!
We're currently renovating The Studio which is the first fitness space in Cheltenham's iconic building, Cavendish House.

The Good gets Better✨

After leaving London, I wasn’t sure I’d ever find my love for teaching reformer Pilates like I did across the beautiful Heartcore studios.. But I really feel like I’ve found my people again and I love it here in Cheltenham😍

Being a coach/personal trainer, I’m so grateful for each & every person that decides to move with me🙏🏽🥰 trusting me to help you fill up your cup, releasing any stresses or worries and hopefully leaving my sessions, (whether it be in person or online) feeling lighter, brighter and stronger💪🏽

Hosting Duties Incoming🎤

So very excited to be back behind the mic for a very special VIP hospitality event at the Yonex All England Open this Saturday😬

Celebrating 125 years of and getting to host and interview one of the legends of the sport 🤩 not to mention it being his 25th anniversary celebration of winning the most prestigious tournament in the badminton world👏🏽 I can’t wait!!

Sometimes I forget just how much I love this side of life and being back in badminton world, even if it is only court side with a mic (& getting selfies with the VIPs😆 swipe to see who with!)

Throwing it back to living my best life after thinking I’d never land this gig.. but I did it, hosting the Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games every day in front of 1000s of people😅💃🏽

My little hump day reminder that if there is something you want to do in life, you just have to go for it & trust it’ll happen✨

Focus on the Good Fridays 🌇

What a week but we’ve made it… this year I wanted to thrive & not just survive like 2023, but some days/weeks you’ve just got to get through it😅

One week you might feel on top of the world, chasing sunsets in New York😍 and the next you’re feeling like you’re failing, sleep deprived and only just washed your hair after a week😵‍💫

So just in case you forgot, here’s a little reminder that it’s ok to feel like you’ve just done enough to get by this week.. Now go enjoy your weekend 😘🤍
