These will include the following 4 options:
1) Fitness 2) Martial Arts 3) Self Defence 4) Sparring 🥋

We will be equipping the garage with all the necessary tools to give you the best workout possible, providing 1:1 sessions which are tailored to your individual needs and fitness goals 🥰

✨️ AMAZING ANNOUNCEMENT ✨️

Did you miss us? ☺️ As you may remember, we made the decision to become a remote martial arts business, providing classes to schools and leisure centres 🥋

We have recently started teaching classes at Berkhampstead School - Cheltenham and WOW 🤯 What an amazing bunch of children we have got to meet already 🥰 Such potential and promise 😁

We are also still teaching at Cheltenham College and have some more exciting news coming, so keep an eye on our social media 👀

‼️IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT‼️

To all of our wonderful members, supporters and followers. These past 6 months at MA Martial Arts have been incredible and an unforgettable experience. We are so lucky to have been in a position to meet all of your friendly faces 🙌🥰

It is time for the next chapter in our journey as a business. We are transitioning and going remote, providing schools/leisure clubs with our martial arts expertise 🥋

We would like to thank Clubkickboxuk for our starting point, without you guys none of this would have been possible 🙏 thank you Flo and Hannah for all of your support and guidance these past 6 months 🩷

Jade Minchin and Matthew Averiss would like to personally thank you for all of the memories that we have created together, it is something we will always treasure 🫶

We will be holding classes at Clubkickbox until Thursday 28th November, with a leaving party Monday 2nd December 7:30-8:30 🎉 Come and join us to share all the moments we've created together, whilst having some food and drink in the process 🎂

Continue to follow our social media to see what's next for us, train hard, laugh harder and we'll hopefully see you in the near future 👊

Axe kicks are one of Jade Minchin 's favourite moves, and just look at the height on this kick 😍🥰 we love seeing the progress our members make, especially when it was a move that seemed very daunting to them at the beginning 👌 perseverance and determination are key skills we teach and display at MA Martial Arts and we pride ourselves very much in this 🥋🩷

We found this far too amusing 🙈🙈 but we love how in sync everyone was 😍😍 martial arts is often about being aware of your surroundings and at MA Martial Arts we encourage everyone to work as a team 👊🥋 we still have plenty of room in our adults classes, why not gain a new hobby? Self defence is a vital part of martial arts that we are proud to provide at MA Martial Arts 🥋🙌 it is something we see as an important aspect of martial arts and our members love learning something different 🥰 it really pushes them to think outside the box and think of different ways to get out of dangerous situations 🤔👊
