Reform117 are delighted to bring you our first timetable which will run from Monday 1st August. We are opening with only 5 Reformer beds so you will need to book quickly in order to avoid disappointment. For the first few weeks we are going back to basics and booking will be done through myself and payment will be cash on arrival or bank transfer until we get our booking system up and running. Each session will be £20. At the moment no class packs are available. We look forward to seeing you all soon and we can't wait to take you through some dynamic flows on the beds. ❤️❤️ Please share to anyone who has missed their dose of funky, challenging reformer workouts. 👊👊

Well, I actually thought this day would never come! (Makes me want to sing in New Order tune). But it has and everything seemed to go well....so far so good! I can't even describe how dibilitating and insanely painful this bulging disc has been for the last year. But hopefully that is all behind me and I'm looking forward to coming back (with the right physio help), stronger and fitter than ever. Thank you so much for all your kind well wishes and msgs guys. I'm so sorry I haven't responded to them all individually but still very whoozy from all the drugs. I think I need another little nap now 😴😂 Huge love and hugs to you all and a special thank you to all my clients who have been so supportive over this last year and had to listen to me drone on 🙄🙈. What will we talk about now? 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣❣️❣️❣️
