Don’t neglect mobility training.

The ability to have full range of motion in your muscles and joints is one of the most important aspects of training. Improving your mobility can help you workout for longer, reduces joint pain, and can reduce the risk of injury.

Men often suffer from β€˜it won’t happen to me’ syndrome – but it will. Especially as you hit middle age, trust me, I’ve learned the hard way. Mobility and flexibility used to be a blind spot for me but then I noticed my body suffering and tweaked my own workouts to address the problem.
