Massive shout out to Louisa, who is leaving us next week to move back with her family in Gran Canaria! ☀️

Louisa has been with us for over 2 years, consistently giving it 100% in the last class every day. She’ll be in for the rest of this week, so stop to say farewell if you see her 👋🏻

Good luck Louisa. We will miss you and everything you bring to the classes ❤️

💫 HUGE MEMBER SHOUTOUT 💫

If there's anyone that deserves a shoutout it's Kim.

Kim is an amazing member of ours who set herself a humongous challenge this year...

Ever heard of The Tour Due Mount Blanc... (neither had I)

But it's pretty special...

A 170km hike through the French, Italian and Swiss alps.

A total ascend and descend of 10,573m, completed in 7.5 days.

WOW!!! Just look at those photos.

What an incredible achievement! And a special shoutout to Sarah for PT and the training program put in place to help make Kim's goal possible.

It's definitely not the sort of challenge you can take lightly and all the hard work, discipline and planning paid off.

Kim said she pretty much felt every emotion possible throughout the hike. The 3rd day in was nearly breaking point, but then everything seemed to fall into place.

One of the hardest challenges physically and mentally but that comes with one of the best experiences she's ever had.

Kim you should be super proud.

On to the next challenge ;)

I’ve got to give this man a shout out. Jakub from Gloucestershire Cleaners…

Like many local businesses and homes we got hit hard with the crazy rainfall on Friday 😩 (I feel for you all)

One phone call away and Jakub was in working hard getting us back open normal.

Such a legend of a bloke, always puts us first and is an absolute workhorse.

He does an amazing job for us every single week, but this past weekend we really appreciate you my man.

Huge shout out the Jakub and if anyone needs a reliable cleaner then please give him a shout.

I'm starting to really enjoy these...

Let's show some love for the main man Warren AKA the landlord.

1 Waz smiling, loving his workouts and smashing his sessions as always.

And 2, day 1 of him giving us the keys. (crazy I know)

What a journey we've been on together, 12 or so years on and Warren is still our biggest fan.

It feels great when someone is truly rooting for you.

Warren you're a legend, thanks for the support, you're always a pleasure to be around and a big part of our community.

Let's show him love everyone!!

I'm sure you'll all agree Alice is AWESOME!

Alice joined us at the start of this year and has quickly become a solid addition to the team!

She has a real passion, great confidence, lot's of energy and she truly cares A LOT about our amazing clients.

Crazy to think she's only 20 with SOOOO much potential in the industry.
