Early Summer, the season we find ourselves in, is a beautiful moment to pay attention to your energy levels. In Chinese medicine, your energy is your Chi (or Qi), and whilst the summer is about building energy, you might find your own in short supply 🪫
If your Chi is depleted, you won’t be able to fully arrive into the abundance of summer.
