Recovery is the Most important aspect of this cycle.
Training for 2+ hrs or doing multiple hard sessions a day, are you in a calorie deficiet
And thinking why your performance is dropping and you feel like s**t?
Your recovery capabilitys should govern how much stimulus you provide the body.
You do not grow in the gym! You grow when you rest and recover.
