7 weeks ago my client began her journey and my god she has come a long way. ๐ช
It would be fair to say she didnt have much experience working out or going to the gym. We started with body weight workouts and she struggled with the dreaded plank.
Today she is smashing and increasing her weights and completed 3 set of 30 seconds planks ( along with 3 other ab excercises) which is AMAZING!!! ๐๐๐
This is what progress you can make with a little bit of dedication and training 2-3 days a week.
My client is just like you and me. Works a full time job, has a life at the weekend and is planning her wedding. Shes a very busy lady and could quite easily chill out on her sofa in the evenings, but instead she gets herself to training every week and is always asking about what's the right things to eat.
This is what I love about training people. Seeing people grow, watching them (secretly) enjoy it and hit their goals! ๐๐
Cant wait to see where the next 4 weeks will take us. Next time your struggling or need a reason to start, think! What could you do in 7 weeks!?!?!
