Joans Wellness Zone Formally Mumsfit & Buggyfit Gloucestershire. Still offering Postnatal exercise classes with the add Class Times:
Mon, Wed and Fri 10.30 with Joan.

I don't offer a trial session as such, but you can come along and pay as a one-off which is £7.00. If at the end of the class you decide to sign up for a pass (which you pay for on that day) then you will get that first class free. Passes are:
8 classes for £48 and if you do this on your first visit you get the first class free
Or unlimited classes £72 for 2 months
You can of course choose to continue to pay as you go.

It’s Thursday evening, are you feeling the load of the week so far?
I have a ‘me time’ offering for you, short and sweet but time enough for a cuppa, connection, mindfulness and giving something back, enough to reenergise you for the rest of the weekend.
Come and join me on Saturday morning where I’ll be with colouring implements at the ready for some mindfulness colouring around an inspirational Donna Ashworth poem.

I’d love to see you next Saturday morning 7th March to celebrate International Women’s Day.
Pop in any time between 9.30-11.30am, enjoy a cuppa and maybe a cake and enjoy some time to chat with other women and enjoy some colouring I have ready for you based around an inspiring Donna Ashworth poem.

I’m also collecting women’s toiletries for Cheltenham Open Door if you’d like to bring anything with you (but no sanitary products please)

I’m sure we were all glad to see the sun appear on more than one occasion today and for quite a while this afternoon. Hope you managed to enjoy it even if it was brief.
We were certainly glad that it had been drier over the last few days and the field wasn’t such a mud bath!
Back in action today with Women’s Outdoor Fitness 9.15am Pittville Park. We’re back at the same time on Friday - come to both sessions or either.

We really hope that it will stop raining soon!! We’re off next week for half term but will be back in action on Tuesday ...
