⬇️⬇️WHAT IS X60 ALL ABOUT ⬇️⬇️
My plan is simple! A 60 day challenge that is achievable, enjoyable and realistic!!
All leading into a new healthy consistent lifestyle after the 60 days!
The X60DayChallenge is pretty straightforward:
- eat only from Xerlife
- exercise for a minimum of 45 minutes a day
- track and screenshot your dashboard stats once a week
- avoid alcohol
- stay hydrated
- join the support WhatsApp group & share photos (a game changer to consistency)
The one exception
- within 60 days you can have 6 days off the Xerlife food plan
- within the 60 days you can drink alcohol on 6 occasions
- within the 60 days you can miss 6 workouts

NY resolutions can be a great way to kick off a new year!
But don’t make them so hard that you are done by the end of January!
Instead make them:
- realistic & sustainable. Otherwise what’s the point!
- enjoyable & fun. Otherwise what’s the point!!
- simple to follow. We have enough complexities in life!!
- not a weight loss pill or powder 🤬🤬
- not too extreme. Otherwise you’ll grow to hate them!!
- able to last beyond Jan. Otherwise what’s the point!!

Let the BS 💩 commence!! In the next two weeks you will subjected to so much noise!! All these very low calorie diet programs trying to catch us at our most vulnerable!! 🤬
Ignore all the noise from those camps and still enjoy Christmas!! It’s only the 28th December!! Family, friends, laughter and relaxation should be a priority 😉
Get out, move, enjoy the fresh air and extra time you may have to train if you wish and start planning what 2024 could look like from a health & wellbeing point of view!!
Just do your health a favour and avoid any unnecessary of these crazy companies suggesting powders, potions and laxative teas are the way forward!! Use 2024 to change your whole approach to food and fitness!!
This is what I specialise in!! Helping people realise it doesn’t have to be a constant battle! It can be a great enjoy balance. If you need some guidance I’m here!!

You can feel tired, exhausted, like you haven’t got the the time or the energy BUT 9 times out of 10 you will feel SO MUCH BETTER for moving!!
Step away from the desk, the car, the tech and MOVE!! Your MIND & BODY will thank you for it!!

Over my 23 years in the fitness industry I’ve seen so many people who have spent year on year:

- getting summer ready
- losing weight for a birthday
- toning up for a wedding
- upset as their summer clothes don’t fit
- starting again on a Monday
- torturing themselves on dry January
- living on shakes for 3 months
- juicing
- souping

And they repeat this cyclically throughout the year!!
I’m not blaming the individuals, I’m blaming the charlatans in my industry who push diets without sustainable success!!
Imagine not having to:

- get summer ready every summer
- stressing about a birthday weight loss
- tone up for a wedding
- be upset that clothes don’t fit
- start again every Monday
- going dry in January
- live off shakes
- juice
- soup

ALL BECAUSE YOU HAVE BEEN EDUCATED ON HOW TO CREATE BALANCE & ALWAYS HAPPY WOTH YOUR BODY!!! 😊
That’s how I live my life and am sharing my ethos with as many people as possible!!
Anyone who knows me have seen me tucking into a burger, rehydrating with Guinness and enjoy a good night out!
BUT they’ve also seen me consistently eating well and exercising regularly!!
THERE IS THE BASICS TO A BALANCED LIFESTYLE 🥳
