In honour of the Dday 80th anniversary celebrations this year, I'm taking part in a 3 day, 240 mile cycle for SSAFA, the Armed Forces charity over in Normandy 🚴‍♂️ 🚲 🚴‍♀️ 😀

SAFA is the UK's oldest tri-military charity, helping to restore the independence and dignity of those who have served their country and their families in times of need.
