New teacher announcement 📣
Met our fabulous Rachel, joining the dream team tomorrow evening.
“ I found yoga as a university student 10 years ago, craving a deeper sense of calm and strength in my daily life. Since then, I have completed a Hatha/Vinyasa 200hr and I am currently completing a Kundalini 200hr training, which has shaped my passion for trauma-conscious and somatic yoga.
My teaching style is welcoming, alignment-focused and grounded in breath. I love encouraging people to personalise their practice and notice what they need on each day. Whatever your day has been like, it’s never too late to reconnect to your mind and body on the mat.
I love sharing from my own direct experience and I am all about embracing the body’s wisdom! You’ll leave my classes feeling grounded, calmer, more embodied and more present. I can’t wait to see you on the mat.
