This my client Sally, she has overcome some big obstacles in the last 10 years. Sally has committed to a healthy eating and PT plan and it has paid off big time. Yeah, she does moan now and then but she always digs deep and gets it done 😂 No words can capture the time we have spent in the gym. I am grateful and proud to have been a part in your recovery xx
