Meet Sarah- Sarah started 4 months ago in our Mum & Baby classes. Coming to two sessions a week with the baby and occasionally coming another day on her own. Her confidence has grown massively and combining Pilates with a healthy lifestyle has lost 3 stone on her journey so far!
