Chelmsford Sport and Athletics Centre is a major sporting venue with first class indoor and outdoor athletics facilities. It provides significant opportunities for elite athletes as well as the local community. We offer a great range of facilities and activities for all ages and abilities. Know Your Numbers! Week is happening from the 7th to the 13th of September.

Know Your Numbers! Week is the UK's biggest blood pressure awareness campaign and this year, we are proud to be taking part to help find as many of the 4.2 million people living with undiagnosed high blood pressure who could be at risk of stroke, heart failure and kidney disease.

The checks are entirely free for people over 40. You don't need to be a member of our centres to sign up, the scheme is open to everyone!
