Now that’s an Ippon! 😱 I wouldn’t want to be on the receiving end of that one.

Here’s Sensei Steve Roberts demonstrating just how effective these techniques can be. Soon we’ll be working on kicks like this in class and yes, they really do work, even at world class level!

There will be no Friday karate session this week 26th due to hall unavailability. Saturday and Sunday classes are running as normal, and we’ll be back to our usual Friday session the following week. Enjoy the rest of your week, see you soon. ☀️

Great to be back in local schools, with karate assemblies at Great Waltham recently and Little Waltham this morning, reaching around 180 students at each school!

Just a reminder that classes continue throughout the summer holidays. Any dojo closures will be announced well in advance.
