Chelmsford Cricket Club can trace its history back over 200 years and continues to flourish. Fielding six Saturday sides (five in the Shepherd Neame Essex League), competing in Twenty20 competitions, fielding a side in the Essex Sunday League and regular friendly Sunday sides, along with a range of successful youth teams, there's something for every enthusiastic amateur cricketer. Home games are played at Chelmer Park, CM2 8RL and we are lucky to have three pitches adjacent to each other creating a genuine sense of community within the club. We are blessed within excellent and experienced qualified coaches for our junior (colts) section and are known as a club for developing young players - the benefits of which can be seen right through to the First XI.
