Weekend Race Report
A late tide race squeezed into the program! Just enough time to get boats packed away before dark. Turned out to be a beautiful evening as the sun set. Enough wind at the start of the race but it fell away leaving to a finish near Ditch and a bit of towing home. We also had a third generation sailor helming an Oppie for the first time. Proud mum and grandparents moment!

Well done to William for the win and thanks to Sylvia, Grace and Mark for covering duties.

Eyott Week Day 5 Race Report and Overall Results
The final race was another enjoyable affair with low winds at the start making life tricky for the comets in the third start to get out of the creek. Well done to Anette for crossing the line first, but first place on adjusted time went to Michael. Thanks to Sylvia, Mark and Margaret for covering duties.

Eyott week was capped off with the traditional BBQ, though to be safe in the heat the meat was cooked in a kitchen, thanks to Grace and family for taking this on. Well done to the prize winners: Alexander first helm, Bethany first crew, Tierney biggest crab!

Eyott Week 2026 Race 3 Report
A very different race on day 3 of Eyott week. Very hot and light winds meant that everyone came together on the way out to the main river which made for some fantastic photos. Flukey winds out on the main river too meant a shortened course and a bit of towing to get people home. Thanks to Liesl and Bob for OOD and for Nigel and Andy for manning a very hot safety boat. Well done to Penny for the win.
