We are excited to share some incredible news with you all – we have a new owner here at F45 Chelmsford, and I wanted to take a moment to introduce Rachel Buscall to the community. She is a proud Chelmsford local who has been an F45 member since 2019. Many of you may already know her or have seen her in class working out alongside you for the last 5 years!
Rachel initially joined through our 8-Week Challenge, which was a truly life-changing experience for her, not only did she lose 10kg in just 8 weeks but completely transformed her mindset toward health, fitness and well-being! As a long-time member Rachel has developed a deep understanding of what our community needs and wants from the studio and therefore is truly passionate about creating an environment where everyone feels supported, motivated, and most importantly, has fun while achieving their fitness goals.
Rachel is F45 obsessed – so much so that she won’t go on holiday without finding an F45 within 10 minutes of her hotel! Her commitment to the F45 philosophy and community is unwavering and she brings a wealth of experience from running multiple successful businesses in the past and is committed to applying those experiences to build a studio that feels like home for everyone.
Her vision for the studio is all about building a solid, supportive community and ensuring that each workout is not just effective, but enjoyable. We’re all in for some exciting changes ahead (some already happened 😉), and I know you’ll love the energy Rachel brings to the team just as much as we do!
