Get ready to turn up the heat because we’re bringing professional Latin dancer Victoria Martin to Chelmsford for an exclusive Latin Dance Masterclass!

Victoria’s a British 10 Dance Champion with over 20 years of competitive and stage experience, including performing in the world-famous show Burn the Floor and dancing on Italy’s version of Strictly Come Dancing. Now she’s coming to JD Dance to share her expertise with you.

Meet the teacher who performed as Principal Dancer in the Opening Ceremony of the World Ballroom Championships 🌟

Callie has been dancing Ballroom and Latin for over 25 years, competing at the highest levels and specialising in Latin American style. She’s currently one of Europe’s leading dancers in the Pre-Champ category, with over 10 years of teaching experience across all ages and abilities from complete beginners to competitive performers.

Her title list speaks for itself: 3x UK Closed Latin Champion, All England Latin Champion, South of England Champion, European Finalist and ISTD Grand Finals Latin Gold Star Champion. She’s also taught everything from Salsa to wedding dances to energetic Latin fitness classes.

Fun fact: Callie recently welcomed a beautiful baby boy and we’re so excited to have her bringing her energy and expertise to Step Into The Spotlight! 👶💃

Meet the teacher who’s choreographed for Tallia Storm 🌟

Polly is a Street Dance Teacher at Pineapple Dance Studios and a professional dancer & choreographer, commercial dancing since the age of 18. She’s performed at the Royal Albert Hall and London Palladium and brings all of that experience plus serious credibility in the commercial dance world to our Step Into The Spotlight Summer Workshop.

Fun fact: Polly has choreographed for Tallia Storm! 💛

Meet the teacher who performed at the London 2012 Olympic Opening Ceremony 🌟

Jody is the founder of JD Dance and an Associate Teacher of Ballroom Dancing, with years of experience as a Pro-Am Ballroom & Latin competitor on the UK Open Circuit.

She continues to train at some of the world’s leading dance studios -including Pineapple Dance Studios, Broadway Dance Centre, LA Play Studios, Bam Bam Boogies and Dancematic -bringing that world-class training straight to our Step Into The Spotlight Summer Workshop.

Meet the teacher who turns shy children into confident performers 🌟

Heather is a Drama & LAMDA tutor at The Drama Centre, a Diploma-qualified performer with over 10 years of stage experience — and she’s part of our incredible teaching team for Step Into The Spotlight Summer Workshop.

She’s passionate about building confidence through drama and public speaking, and has spent years helping children and young people (6–18) find their voice, on stage and off.

Fun fact: alongside theatre, Heather has recently started working in screen acting too! 🎬

Our had the incredible opportunity to train with none other than from Strictly Come Dancing in an exclusive masterclass experience 💃🕺

From explosive Cha Cha Cha routines 🔥 to high-energy Samba sessions ✨, our dancers pushed themselves out of their comfort zones, learned from one of the industry’s best and created memories they’ll never forget.

One of the most inspiring parts of the day was sitting down for a special Q&A session with Nikita, hearing all about his journey, challenges, career highlights and the dreams that helped shape his success 🤍
