ck to add an element of suprise and a new sensation, definately something your average jog in the park wont prepare you for when training for a muddy run, always a fun element for sure! What will you need, You will need some Trail trainers for those muddy/wet slippery terrains. Run trainers are fine for your first couple of trips out but if you do look to run with us on a regular basis you will need to invest in some. The cost is £4 per session per person. We recommend Run Active run shop in Chelmsford for your run gear, they give great honest advice with bag loads of experience to back it up.
