We cater for all ages and levels from complete beginners to open competitors. Whether you want to dance as a hobby, fitness, social or competitive we can provide first class fun tuition. We are also expert in choreographing wedding dances for Bride and Grooms. We run regular dance classes for all ages and abilities throughout the week! We attend Medallist competitions on average once a month from SDT, Pre Bronze, Bronze, Silver, Gold and Gold Star. We can also take you through your dance exams. We had such a fun day last weekend at the Jubilee Awards! 💃✨

With all the teacher student, solo, and fun competitions this was a lovely day for everyone to get involved with. It’s always nice when we get have everyone together for a change! 😁

We had a great day in Towcester on Sunday at the ISTD BLS competition! 💃🕺

It was lovely to have everyone together at this competition which we rarely get to do. We had some amazing results in all categories - Ballroom, Latin and sequence too!

It was also lovely to see everyone from our dance school cheering each other on and supporting one another throughout the competition. It is such a wonderful team spirit to be part of! ✨🩵

Thank you istddance for a great competition. We can’t wait for the next one!

⭐️STARS OF THE FUTURE 2026⭐️

Well done to our Juvenile team who competed on Sunday at Stars of the Future! We are incredibly proud of all the hard work you put into preparing for this competition- it definitely paid off on the dance floor! 💃🕺

We achieved some amazing results across the board, but even more importantly, it was wonderful to see the sportsmanship, encouragement and support you showed one another throughout the day. We couldn’t be prouder! ☺️

Whilst we are enjoying our Bank Holiday, here’s a few clips from last Mondays class…

Rumba training ❤️‍🔥
We used resistance bands to activate the right muscles, improve body connection and create a stronger movement throughout the whole body. 💃

Training with resistance helps dancers to develop control and deep connections that create that effortless rumba feel, with every step becoming more intentional. ✨

Well done everyone, this was a great class and we can’t wait to be back next week to continue the hard work!

3 Things Beginners Worry About Before Their First Dance Class🤔💭:

1. “I have never danced before”
Our classes are suitable for beginners that have never taken a dance class before. We start simple and build up from there as you grow in confidence. No experience needed! ✨

2. “I don’t have a partner to come with”
No partner? No problem! Our classes are designed for both couples and solo dancers; our teachers are also there to step in. 🤩

3. “I’ll look awkward or embarrass myself”
This is a very common sentence from beginners. In our classes, we work together as a team to create a supportive atmosphere where mistakes are seen as an opportunity to improve and gain confidence on the dance floor. 💃🔥
