Been awesome to watch move through the entire process.

Seeing him at the start of his journey with what was clearly an awesome physique

But didn’t quite have the skills to fully present the package he had built.

Helping as many athletes improve there posing is the goal, the next question I suppose would be…

How?

Aside from trying to provide as much value as possible.

Posing has to become a culture movement.

“Ah I don’t f**k around with that flow s**t”

You’ve all heard this ☝️(might even be you, n that’s cool)

But it makes no sense.

Because at least one of your favourite 90’s bodybuilders new how to tare through iron in the gym.

And flow on stage - they knew how the f**k to present themselves.

Culture, community. One belief system is how we move the bench mark forward.

Celebrating posing.

You don’t have to call it “art” or “flow”

Just call it for what it is.

“Posing”, “presentation”, “giving a f**k”

If you want to be the best you can be then there is no way around it.

We have to get better at posing.

We must.

Because it’s what we do to win the god dam show.

And I’ve seen better physiques with worse posing win shows.

BUT

It’s the mentality, the work ethic, the leaving no stone unturned quote you leave on your stories.

We wanted to make a community that didn’t cost an arm & leg for great feedback. Bodybuilding is expensive. Not everyone can afford $120 per session. Especially when you just need a small critique here and there would you not rather just have a place you can send pics each week. The same pics you send your coach, and then get feedback in 24hours with any critiques you might need to improve. That’s why the is tiered. For $9/£6 month you can access quality feedback on your posing. With the option for added 1 on 1 calls or access to our group calls. We want QUALITY posing accessible to everyone because there is a lot of dog s**t out there. Collectively we have THE MOST experienced team in the world. I have no problem shouting that. We do. and myself We are responsible for leading the way in posing. We are 5 guys deeply passionate about helping guys improve their stage presence and we couldn’t give a rats arse about money. We would charge more if we did. The goal is to spread the BEST knowledge surrounding posing without killing peoples pockets. Then if you want the 1 on 1 support it’s there.
