Who’s joining our child friendly class on Wednesday 9.45am?

Space’s are starting to fill up, so be sure to book your spot. EVERYONE will be a beginner. Come and meet some other mum’s and get fit at the same time.

It means you can bring the kids along to class with you. We all know how tough it can be to find time for your own fitness.

Oh wow ladies. In all my years of teaching this has to be my favourite 🤩 I hope you enjoyed our 80’s glow as much as I did teaching it!!!

I think we need more Friday night glows in our lives 🥰🥰
