Having had time off recently recovering from spinal surgery I'm pleased to say finally my classes will be resuming on the week commencing 17th April.

New Term Starts week commencing 9th Jan 2023

I teach classical Pilates in Great Baddow and Galleywood. All my classes are mixed ability so all levels welcome. Whether you're wanting to work on your stability flexibility mobility build strength my classes are definitely for you. We are a friendly bunch and welcome news faces into our little family.

Happy Monday everyone

My new term will be starting up again from the 7th Nov. I have 1 space available for my Mon evening class. For more info please do get in touch.

I teach Classical Pilates using Joseph Pilates method. My classes are by no means easy. I like to challenge my clients, working our way through the 34 mat repertoire with adaptations and modifications to help all of our individual needs. I like to focus on strength along with mobilizing the whole body, working on our flexibility and to gain more stability. Commitment is key! But most of all my classes are fun and friendly.

Hi everyone

I have been a little quiet on here for a while, just busy with more family stuff.

And lots of planning for the Sept term. I am so excited to introduce my new classes to my time table.

Whether you're a pro at Pilates , wanting to help with an injury or complete newbie, my classes are designed for mixed ability and I will adapted where needed. If you are looking to increase mobility, flexibility, stability, build strength, de-stress, relax or speed up recovery. Everybody will benefit from theses classes All my classes are focused around the founding principles of Pilates with a creative and modern approach, using small equipment where necessary.

I will be adding two brand new classes to my timetable.

Fri gentle flow 10:45 11:30 - This will be a beautiful flow class working through the 34 mat but stripping back each move to help maintain correct form. Focusing on breath, mobility, flexibility & building strength. A perfect class for all levels. Whether that be a newbie to Pilates or wanting to improve technique and to maintain correct form. Commencing June 22 - Register your interest below.

Thurs Mat class 9:30 10:30 - Mixed ability class using the Joseph Pilates method. If you want the challenge this class is definitely the one for you. Commencing Sept 22. Register your interest below
