Able & Sculpt Pilates has you sorted for the autumn & winter months 🤍With monthly themed classes, live DJ events lined up, fresh Pilates Sculpt programmes every month and feel-good playlists to keep you moving all season long. Our themed classes are now live on our website: Rihanna Vs Beyoncé, Spooky theme, 2000's club bangers theme. We have more live Dj classes lined up too, keep an eye out for our Christmas season 👀🥳

Our classes are great for postpartum, pregnancy as it works on the deep core for ab separation.

Mondays 7:45, Thursdays 7:30pm & Saturdays 8am. £9 a class. Studio located 2nd floor Beaulieu community centre. We can’t wait to share the season with you.🍂🤍

Chelmsford's first Power Sculpt Pilates: music - led, sculpting to the Beat. Boutique-style, high-intensity training and strength conditioning meets Pilates using reformer sliders, ankle weights, dumbbells, bands and blocks. ✨

All 30 of us in sync to your favourite 2000's Charts hits, Rap, HipHop, afrobeats & Raggaeton. Classes run: Mondays 7:45pm, Thursdays 7:30pm& Saturdays 8am. We also have a Live DJ class: Afrobeats vs Raggaeton theme on the 21st September. Bookings via our website.
