I’m so excited to welcome you back to classes from next Tuesday 14th April — and if life’s been busy, why not take some time for you?

Join me to move better, stand taller, and most of all feel GREAT! 💛

Never tried Pilates before? That’s absolutely fine — my classes are suitable for all abilities, so you can start exactly where you are.

I also offer classes for new mums looking to return to exercise after pregnancy and childbirth — and baby is welcome too, so no need to worry about childcare 👶

My sessions are always friendly, relaxed, and supportive.

Tuesdays
🤱 10:30am – Mums & Babies Postnatal
🧘‍♂️ 6:10pm – Mixed Ability - FULL
🧘‍♀️ 7:10pm – Mixed Ability

Wednesdays
🧘‍♂️ 9:30am – Mixed Ability
🤱 10:30am – Mums & Babies Postnatal

Thursdays
🧘‍♀️ 9:30am – Gentle Flow (beginner friendly)

All classes are supportive, welcoming, and designed to help you build strength, confidence, and feel good in your body.

A snapshot following this morning’s postnatal Pilates class. 🤍

Mums gathered around the table for coffee and conversation, prams parked up, and the big baby playmat set out on the floor for little ones to stretch and wriggle. It’s a simple setup, but these mornings are always a highlight. 👶🏼 🧸

This week we were joined by Jas from who talked us through the benefits of baby massage and answered lots of thoughtful questions. At the end of each term I invite someone in to share something that feels genuinely useful — we’ve previously welcomed Alex from , Helen of , and Ellen, , a specialist women’s health physio.

We come together for Pilates, but the classes are also about connection, support and meeting other mums.

I’m adding an extra postnatal class starting Tuesday 24th February at 10:30am.
