Quick physique update 9.5 weeks out from my first show of the season!

Contest preps are harsh and rigid with the aim to get to a very low body fat to reach “stage lean”.

❌No cheat meals
❌No skipping cardio
❌No room for error

The level of body fat required is unhealthy and unsustainable in the long term, hence why we only hold it for a short period of time.

HOWEVER:

You DO NOT have to be this strict with diet and training to get great results as a lifestyle client!

When we create a calorie deficit through diet and exercise our body burns fat to sustain itself!

There is NO way to cheat fat loss. 🙅‍♀️

- Stay consistent
- Enjoy what you do

Each of these things link into each other.

If you enjoy your training you’re 10X more likely to stay consistent, when you’re consistent coupled with correct training and nutrition the results will follow.
