With monthly (£40) and daily (£6) passes available. We have the usual free-weight equipment including 2x deadlift platforms, squat racks, bench press, cable machines, dumbbells (up to 50kg) and kettlebells mixed with specialist equipment such as a deadlift bar, axle bar, yoke, farmers, logs, tyre, kegs, sandbags, giant dumbbell, atlas stones, GHD and sled plus cardio equipment. All weights are cal

ibrated to ensure the correct weight. Free parking available after 1700pm and weekends. Opening hours 0600-2100 Mon-Thur, 0600-2000 Fri, 0800-1700 Sat, 0800-1500 Sun. Strongman and Women classes available including intro classes, as well as Olympic lifting intro classes and spin. Highly qualified coaches/personal trainers on site. Suitable for Strongman/women, Powerlifting, Olympic lifting, CrossFit as well as general strength training, suitable for all ages and abilities.

With this post and information being so popular over the last 3 months and with the membership massively growing, here is the latest breakdown of the best times to come in and train.. depending if you want a quiet or busier gym!!

Busiest days in order (and each days busiest times):

1) Wednesday (0900-1100/1700-2000) - Busiest day
2) Tuesday (900-1100/1700-2000)
3) Monday (0900-1100/1600-2000)
4) Thursday (0900-1200/1700-2100)
5) Saturday (1000-1200/1400-1600)
6) Friday (1000-1100/1500-1900)
7) Sunday (0800-1200) -Quietest day

💥 New Class Timetable 💥

🔥 STRONGMAN MASTER CLASS 🔥

Sunday morning (0930-1000) with

Each week we will select a STRONGMAN event to practice

Come along…. For technical advice and guidance to help you take your event training to the next level

🏋️ Strength Class - Women ONLY 🏋️

Wednesday (1800-1845) and Saturday (1230-1315) with

Come along… for a women’s only class!!

Classes:

🏋️ Strength: This consists of a strength based circuit (30 seconds on/30 seconds off), with 2/3 circuits, each containing 5-6 strength based movements. Great for strength endurance, weight loss, mobility, toning. Some of these classes are Women’s only.

🚵 Spin: This is a 30 minute blast consisting of sprints, hoover and standing movements to music. A tough one but great for cardio vascular fitness, weight loss, endurance and toning.

🏋️ Strongman/Women intro: This consists of 3-4 strongman events, designed for you to try along with technical advice and support. A great starter class as an introduction to the world of strongman/women… always wanted to ‘have a go’ then get yourself along to the class!

🏋️ Olympic lifting intro: Always wanted to have a go at the SN**CH or CLEAN AND JERK then this class is for you! (You must be able to deadlift/squat competently before attending this class). With a 30 minute crash course each week concentrating on small parts of each of the movements to help you put it all together. With technical advice and guidance.

All classes are designed for all ages and abilities.

Classes are FREE for all monthly and day pass members or £5.00 per class.
