Things happen for a reason 💫 work hard to get to where you want to be and more 🥹

I posted this 6 months before qualifying to become a PT. I am so grateful for how far I have come from hard work and dedication for where I wanted to be for myself and family.

Avocado chocolate cake and sleepy tea while researching 📕 🤓 🫖

‘I don’t have time to eat healthy’

This delicious shashuka took only 8 mins from prep to plate.

Wfh or weekend lunch - SORTED 👊🏼

Ingredients:
5ml olive oil
Roughly chopped onion
Roughly chopped pepper (colour of choice)
Roughly chopped field mushroom
1/2 tin tomatoes
3 medium eggs
Seasoned with smoked paprika, salt and pepper
Sprinkle of feta to serve with a slice of toasted sour dough.

First Monday workout 2025!!!
