Kathryn has built confidence over the past year training with me, to the point she has used a brand new gym in a different country with unfamiliar equipment.

The beauty of using the app is that you can use it anywhere, and if you haven't got the exact equipment available, I will give you alternatives so you can use any gym with ease.

When your goal is building muscle, you can't just go by your weight on the scale πŸ’ͺ

Initially losing body fat, Tony's goal has switched, and he is focusing on gaining muscle and overall strength.

We have worked hard on nailing technique, slowing down his movements and slowly increasing weight lifted over time.

It's a slow process, but his consistency is paying off!

This class is a full-body strength workout, focusing on setting a strong foundation of good technique within a traditional strength training structure.
