In line with our challenge this month, we have a Ski-Erg Tutorial from our fitness coach Lewis! 💪

For a reminder of the May challenge, you have to try and hit 180m exactly on the ski-erg within 1 minute 🎯

All participants are entered into a draw to be in with a chance of winning a FREE guest pass! 👥

Remember that ARU are part of the BUCS UNIversal gym network...

This means that ARU Student / Staff gym members now have access to train at 80+ other HE Institutions. Depending on your location whilst you’re away from ARU in holiday periods, this may mean there is no need to freeze / cancel your membership with us as access to one of the partner institution’s gyms will be included as standard as part of your ARU membership.
