What is S.A.M.S ?

This is my brand new business focused on dance and fitness!

Come January the 1st 2022, I will become a freelance artist, completing my personal training qualifications by May 2022

On this page you will see me posting successes and failures of my own dance & fitness journey, aiming to be transparent and realistic about my goals and shortcomings.
