Jiu-Jitsu is a martial art.
And in a martial art, the head is the center—the brain that guides everything else.
The sport, the competition, physical virtues, technical skill… all of that is just the limbs of the body.
You can live without an arm or a leg… it’s hard, you learn slower, you struggle—but you survive.
Now, cut off the head… the whole body dies.
The sport exists only because the martial art exists.
Never the other way around.
