Huge Congrats to these 4 dedicated Tai Chi students who've completed 5 months intensive instructor training!πŸŒŸβ˜―οΈπŸ‘πŸ™Œ Between them they have completed over 280 hours of practical experience including assistant teaching, class cover, teaching their own classes, attending extra training as well as their regular classes & workshops! Their ongoing development continues and I am proud of what each one has achieved so far😊 They have impressed me with their dedication & commitment to developing their knowledge, experience & abilities plus this has given me a big opportunity to develop myself as a teacher! We've covered key aspects of teaching our Tai Chi syllabus, practical aspects of running classes, H&S, risk assessment, class planning, giving feedback & corrections, observation exes, demonstrating mirror techniques, administrative aspects incl legalities of music licence, insurance cover, Union membership, first aid, GDPR, client registration/disclaimer, weapons legal guidelines & so much more!! And so as the demand for Tai Chi grows, so does our ability to offer more classes in more locations with a growing community of Tai Chi instructors of our style and lineageβ˜―οΈπŸ’–
