Our incredible Mike Horwood took a week off his regular PT session to head to the Highlands and conquer the Etape Caledonia- a 55 mile cycle ride for Cancer Research UK.

At 86 years young, Mike was the oldest competitor in the field of 4500, and was pleased to report that he didn't come last! Always so humble, Mike continues to inspire us all!
