Laura’s Transformation Journey: From Strength to Success

When Laura embarked on her personal training journey, she had one clear goal in mind : to feel her best on her wedding day next year. Over the past few months, she has not only lost a stone but also grown significantly stronger and fitter.

Starting Point and Motivation

Laura began her training with a focused goal - to look and feel amazing for her upcoming wedding. This motivation gave her the drive to push through every challenge and commit fully to her fitness regimen.

Training Routine

Her sessions have been intense and varied, designed to target different muscle groups and improve overall fitness.
A mix of strength training , cardio and flexibility exercises. Laura trained consistently and doing 4 sessions a week pushing herself to the limit.

Diet and Nutrition

Alongside her training , Laura made mindful changes to her diet. Focused on eating balanced meals rich in protein, healthy fats and complex carbohydrates like ensuring she had the energy needed for her workouts while also supporting muscle recovery and growth.

Challenges and Overcoming Them

The journey wasn’t without its challenges. There were times when progress seemed slow and the workout were tough. However Laura determination and her vision of walking down the aisle with confidence kept her going. She learned to embrace the process, celebrating small victories along the way.

Milestones and Progress

As the weeks turned into months , Laura began to notice significant changes. Her endurance improved( weights that once seemed daunting became manageable, and her energy level soared. Each session became a testament to her hard work.

My client Rebekah started with me mid February on a 6 week transformation programme.
During this time with all her hard work and efforts she has managed to lose a massive 9kg/18.84lbs with only 2 sessions a week.
Today she has signed up for another 6 weeks and looking at losing another 10-15lbs.
Keep the hard work going, watch this space for 6 weeks time to see even bigger results from Rebekah.

Thursday

Here is a previous member of mine who only put hard work in for 12 weeks.
She decided to do two back to back transformations meaning her goal was to lose a total of 40lbs.
This meant Karen was in 3 times a week and followed a meal plan that was provided.
Everyone who knows Karen , knows how much dedication and enthusiasm she put into training.
I said it before but I’ll say it again well-done.

My client joined up on the 6-week transformation programme with me on Wednesday.
With the hard work and effort she has put in with three sessions in five days, she has already lost 5.7lb.
I can’t wait to see how the next five weeks plans out.

Not even a year ago now I fractured my leg playing football.
The break was that severe I wasn’t allowed a cast and was told recovery would be 1 year+.
With Travis’s help with his rehabilitation programme that he has been setting me, im on my third and final plan to finally get back into playing a full game of football… 2 months before I should have even started this journey from stage one.
Needless to say I’m over the moon and buzzing to be able to come back and play football soon.

Heather has been training with me now for 4 weeks. Her goal was to build muscle and already on week 4 she has increased the amount she can lift on several exercises. An increase of 2.5KG on Chest press , increase of 5KG on tricep extension using dumbbell. She even completed her first ever pull-up yesterday. Heather not only trains on a 1-1 basis with me but also joins in on one of my most popular Tabata classes which I have seen a massive improvement both within her fitness and strength. I look forward to see what results we can get considering what we’ve already achieved in such a short space of time. Roll on the next 7-8 weeks 💪🏻.

Are you being ACCOUNTABLE FOR YOU?🌟

Focus people are you full of excuses?? Is it always someone else fault? Not enough time? Too tired? Somethings cropped up?

GUESS WHAT - The only person you are cheating is yourself!!

Heres a few questions to be asking yourself this week!

Have i got 2.5 litres of water ready for the day? If not why not?💦

Are ALL my meals prepped and ready for the next 24 hours? If not why not?🥗

Am I getting weighed at the gym this week?

Have I planned and factored in when i am going to do my workouts this week? If not why not?🏃🏻💨

Every single day we have the power to make the RIGHT choices. They may not always be the easiest or may not be the most comfortable BUT they will be the quickest and most direct route to hitting your own personal goals!!

Now ask yourself this set of questions!

How much do you want to get back in THAT DRESS/THEM JEANS?

How much do you want to look great for that wedding?

How much do you want to look and feel fantastic on your holidays?

How much are you sick of feeling unhappy about your weight and how long have you been feeling like it?

Remember guys ultimately YOU have to make yourself ACCOUNTABLE to YOU! Only YOU have the powers to change the way you look and feel and it can all be done by making them little choices throughout the day.
