Tennis Competitions are a very important part of the game development for junior player. Apart from learning how to hit the ball, learning how to manage different situations in a match is vital to progress in the game.
Sometimes it is hard for parents to choose the right competition level and beginners competitions are hard to find.

Yesterday was a sad day, after 5 years coaching Sophie, we did our last tennis lesson last night as she is moving house. She started when she was very little, just 5 years old. Not at the age of 9 she has done pretty well in competition even on county tour.
We went through a lot together as coach and player, good and bad monents, cold rainy lessons to hot tennis days, victories and failures.
It has been a pleasure to be your coach Sophie, you always have a smile to give on the court. I wish you the best luck and looking forward to seeing you in the near future.

Thanks to Sophie’s parents, Laura and Simon who have been very supportive during years.

All the best and I will come down to Wimbledon to watch you playing in a few years.
