Client Spotlight Jordan ✨

Last year my client never ran, lifting weights was his main training until I pushed him into jumping on a treadmill and giving it a go earlier this year! What happened? He got really into it and eventually went outdoors too. He’s now hitting under 5 min km’s! The effort he puts in coming to the gym a few times a week has made me encourage him or gently force should I say 🤪 to enter a Hyrox race which he’ll compete in in January 🥳

I have faith! Watching him run a tempo I set him this wknd pushing through even though it was tough made me proud as his PT.

He’s going to smash the Hyrox as he’s not a quitter! Time doesn’t matter right now, it’s the race itself that gets done and completed which is the goal

Client Spotlight: Lisa ✨

Meet Lisa! Funny & gorgeous, hard worker and goal getter!

Lisa has been training with me for 2 years and has lost 30kg — without giving up her social life.

Year 1 was about learning, adjusting, and building habits (just over 8kg lost).
This year everything clicked, resulting with a loss of just over 22kg!! Total loss to date 30kg which she’s proudly holding in the kettlebell weight 😎

She still enjoys dinners, drinks, and being social — the difference is her approach.
Nutrition is now a lifestyle, not a restriction. Exercise is a habit not a chore. Our sessions includes a variety of strength and conditioning, functional fitness plus cardio for all round benefits

What else has she achieved since her weight loss journey began
